This website is operated by Kaysee.sg. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kaysee.sg. Kaysee.sg offers this website (“Site”), including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”, “Services”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

“User(s)”, “you”, “your” means, for the purposes of this Terms and the Privacy Policy, any user of the Site and/or Services, including end-customers.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. Eligibility To Use

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of 18 and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

3. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

4. Modification to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (products, or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

5. Products or Services (if applicable)

We reserve the right to remove any product temporarily or permanently and/or service from the Site at any time without notice to you.

All products sold through the Site are intended for domestic use and not commercial or industrial use unless otherwise stated. Commercial or industrial use of the products may cause the applicable product warranties to become void.

Product prices shown on the Site, emails, promotions, communications are quoted in Singapore dollars and are for merchandise only unless otherwise stated.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Products on the Site comes with minimum 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage through improper usage, staining, scratches, and discoloration.

Warranty shall be void if the merchandise suffers damage caused by abuse, negligence or accident, has been relocated, repaired or tampered with, was sold on an "as is" basis, is used for commercial purposes or resold without our consent in writing. We do not guarantee fabrics against wear, fading, color fastness, being waterproof unless stated otherwise or any damage caused by cleaning processes.

5.1. Items with defects

Send an Email to us hello@kaysee.sg with the following:

Order Invoice Number.
Date of Purchase.
Photos of the defect and a brief explanation of the issue.

Please note that the term ‘defects’ equate only to products with visible scratches or damages. For example, color variations, blemishes, indentations on the surface, or tiny dents on the surface of a natural wood table top is not to be deemed as a defect, but as a natural characteristic of natural solid wood. Likewise, a sofa that is too hard or too soft for your liking is a characteristic of the sofa and not a defect, despite the fact that you may dislike its softness. Likewise, an office chair that does not roll as fast as you would have expected is not a defect.

Likewise, a particle board furniture that has minor dents or peeling laminate is a natural characteristic of an entry level budgeted furniture and is not liable for returns. A tv console with an unprocessed rough backboard, or a coffee table with an unprocessed underside, is also not a defect. For such cases mentioned, we may mail to you super glue or sandpaper as part of a service.

We will assess the case, and if required, arrange for a suitable timing for our Service Team to assess the product. In most cases, repair services will be provided. However, if the product is deemed beyond repair by our Service Team, an exchange for an identical or similar item of equal value will be provided, subject to availability.

If the product is verified to have manufacturing defects, we will arrange for repair services, or an exchange, or a full refund. We reserve the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the appropriate replacement product, should an exchange be necessary.

6. Promotions

From time to time we may run promotions, contests, surveys, privileges and other programmes (collectively, “Promotions”), subject to additional terms and conditions which can be found on the Site and are hereby incorporated by reference into this Terms. Promotions are only valid for such time period as we may determine in its sole discretion.

Unless otherwise specifically provided, the following terms shall apply to the use of credits, points, vouchers, coupons and codes (collectively, “Promo Codes”):

Each Promo Code is only eligible for a single use and is only valid for the time period as specified by us.
Promo Codes cannot be resold, is not transferable, exchangeable, convertible or redeemable for cash.
Promo Codes may not be combined or accumulated with other offers or promo codes.
Promo Codes may only be used pursuant to the specific terms that we establish for such Promo Codes and Users must enter the relevant Promo Code into the relevant field prior to completing an order.
A minimum spend may be required before use of a Promo Code is permitted.
No reproduction, alteration, adaptation, tampering, distribution, publication, broadcast or other communication or dissemination of Promo Codes is allowed. Promo Codes are non-replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed, duplicated, tampered with, or otherwise misappropriated or fraudulently used. We reserves the right to verify the validity of any Promo Code and to declare null and void, any Promo Code which in its opinion has been stolen, duplicated, tampered with, or which is suspected to have been misappropriated or fraudulently obtained or used;
We reserves the right to withhold, deduct or remove credits, points or other features or benefits obtained through the use of a Promo Code by any User in the event that we determines or believes that the use or redemption of the Promo Code was in error, fraudulent, illegal or in violation of the applicable terms and conditions of the Promo Code or this Terms.
Promo codes are not valid on Sale items, Clearance products, paint pot sample collections, items from our Sale Room or on our Gift Vouchers unless stated otherwise.
Where any free gift is offered as part of a Promotion, the free gift is offered on a “first come first serve” basis and while stocks last basis. No cash will be offered in lieu of the gift.
Our decision on all matters relating to Promotions and Promo Codes is final and binding.
We reserves the right to change, suspend, cancel and/or waive any Promotion or Promo Code and its applicable terms and conditions thereof at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without notice to Users and liability to us.

7. Gift Vouchers / Certificates

All Gift vouchers are electronically issued.

Please note promotional codes are not valid on any gift vouchers.

You can only apply one gift voucher or one promo code per order.

Gift Vouchers cannot be returned for a refund.

We will not be able to replace/refund any Gift Vouchers if lost or stolen.

No change or refunds will be given if you do not use the full amount of your purchase, however any balance remaining may be applied on future purchases as long as the Gift Voucher is still valid.

8. Payments

You must provide us with a current, valid, and accepted Payment Method to use the Services. This does not waive our right to seek payment directly from Users through any other methods, should the Payment Method fail. The terms of a User’s payment will be based on his/her Payment Method and determined by agreement with the relevant financial institution, credit/debit card issuer or other provider of the selected Payment Method. We disclaim all liabilities associated with the security of the selected Payment Method. Users shall be responsible to resolve any disputes with their financial institution, credit/debit card issuer or other provider of the selected Payment Method.

All prices, fees and charges in respect of our products or Services shall be subject to all prevailing statutory taxes, duties, fees, charges and/or costs, however denominated, as may be in force and in connection with any future taxes that may be introduced at any point of time.
All payments by yourself in respect of our products or Services shall be paid without set-off or counterclaim and free and clear of and without deduction or withholding for or on account of any taxes, levies, imposts, duties, fees, assessments or other charges of whatever nature, imposed by any governmental authorities, and all interest, penalties or similar liabilities with respect thereto.
For debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and/or Paypal payments, please note that you will be charged straight away for the whole value of the order. This is also the case for items which are pre-ordered which you will not receive straight away or with the rest of the in-stock items.

9. Orders

When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to Kaysee.sg to purchase the goods outlined in your order upon the terms described in your order.

When you place an order, we will require your details. This information is required to process your request or inform you of acceptance of the order. A contact phone number is needed so we can get in touch if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you inform us otherwise, provide our couriers with your contact phone number in case they need to reach you to arrange the delivery of your order.

Please note, we may not be able to change/amend or cancel your order once it has been picked in our Warehouse.

After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, charged, processed and dispatched to you.

Please note that we will not be able to meet any obligations because of the following reasons:

If the product you ordered is out of stock.
We are unable to authorize your payment.
If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error.
If customers do not reach any order criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control including hazardous weather and accidents.

Should there be an issue with your order, one of our Customer Service team will contact you either by phone or email. If we have issues authorizing payment, we will contact you via phone or email.

Kaysee.sg reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any point. Please note that whilst we will make every effort and reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any information that you supply when accessing or ordering from the Kaysee.sg website.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

When placing an order, you will be added to our mailing list. However, should you wish to not receive mailings, please inform our Customer Service team and they will remove you from our list. You can remove yourself from the email list by amending your email preferences via the link at the bottom of each email.

Once an order has been dispatched from our Warehouse, we cannot cancel it, stop it or delay the delivery, nor change the delivery address.

Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

10. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

By placing your order, you authorize us to transmit information or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time and this may include verification checks involving your debit or credit card number or credit reports in order to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization, to protect you and us from fraud, and to enable us to arrange delivery of your order to your nominated delivery address.

12. Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

14. User Comments, Feedback and other Submissions

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example reviews, contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

16. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

We reserve the right to correct any price errors as we see fit. If such a situation occurs, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid, and in addition will use reasonable endeavors to contact you and ask you whether you wish to repurchase the item at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will proceed to cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website and in the catalogue are solely to provide an approximate idea of the goods they describe and do not form part of the contract between you and us and are not intended to be binding.
Furthermore, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
Please note some of our products are hand-made and/or have a unique finish, shape, color, natural imperfections, texture and may vary from the picture you see on our website, and/or from one product to the other if you order more than one. Dimensions may also slightly vary. Such item is manufactured from natural sources, so size and color may vary slightly making each piece completely unique.

In no case shall Kaysee.sg, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. 20. Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Irrespective of the country from which Users access or use the Site and/or Services, to the extent permitted by law, this Terms and Users’ use of the Site and/or Services shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Singapore without regard to choice or conflicts of law principles, and Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore to resolve any claims or disputes which may arise in connection with this Terms.
