This offer is not applicable to products with price lowered under $200 by a promotion, points or gift vouchers/ certificate.

Delivery Surcharge for Selected Locations

A $30 delivery surcharge will be imposed in addition to the existing delivery fee upon every delivery made to/from Sentosa Island, military camps, protected areas, and locations as gazetted by Singapore Government.

Notification of Delivery

Delivery slots are subject to the earliest availability. Each product in the Site states the earliest date of delivery. The actual date of delivery may be out of its range especially during peak seasons such as Hari Raya, Christmas, or Lunar New Year.

You may also refer to the Order Confirmation emailed to you upon purchase for the estimated delivery dates.

We will contact you via email, and/or SMS, and/or phone, to inform you your delivery date within 48 working hours from your purchase. Timeslot will usually be confirmed again the day before delivery. We will try our best to deliver your item within the stipulated time frame but we do not guarantee that the delivery will occur within the time frame due to unpredictable traffic conditions and unknown circumstantial happenings at each delivery location. 

In the event that the goods cannot be delivered on your preferred delivery date and/or time slot due to reasons including but not limited to lack of stock from suppliers, scheduling difficulties, or force majure, you will be notified at our earliest convenience. Kaysee.sg reserves the right to amend the delivery timings should such circumstances arise.

We reserve the right to change your delivery date upon your consent up to 24 hours before the time of your delivery.

We accept changes to the delivery date and/or time up to 3 working days before the stipulated delivery date. Any changes must be made in writing to Kaysee.sg through email, and/or via the Message function on Order Details page. Please remember to include your invoice / order number in the email subject title for tracking purposes. The change in delivery date and/or time will not be considered confirmed unless we have replied in writing.

Our delivery crew will call you one day before to arrange the delivery time slot with you. In the event that you are not at home to receive the goods during the stipulated delivery time slot and there is a failed delivery, a $60 delivery charge will apply to have the goods delivered to you at a separate date and time.

If you do not wish to arrange for another delivery, please let us know and we will arrange for the goods to be ready for pickup at our warehouse within 2 working days.

Delivery of Furniture Products

Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases, and lifts in their packaging before you place your order.

Product dimensions are included in the product Information on our website. 

You are to inform us before placing or upon placing an order should you realize that the dimensions of the product will be bigger than that of the elevator or their entry ways. We will provide advice on how to proceed.

The delivery team are only required to perform doorstep delivery but may in their own good will carry the item to the specific location of the premises of the customer, as instructed by the customer.

Delivery for furniture products includes moving of items into the room of choice in your home, unpacking, assembly, installation and rubbish removal of wrapping for delivered product. 

Customers are to note that the delivery personnel have the right to cancel the delivery should they feel that their safety would be jeopardized or the punctuality of their oncoming deliveries will be jeopardized as a result of a current obstacle to delivery.

We will considered an item to be returned if it is rejected by you or exchange if you wish to exchange to another item due to inability to fit into elevator or entry ways when the delivery team have reach your place.  All items returned to us will be restocked and refunded, less delivery, surcharges and restocking fee.

After Hours Delivery Fees

Any delivery timeslots requested to be scheduled after 6.00pm during standard delivery days will be subject to a S$30 delivery surcharge.

Staircase, Non-lift Accessible Floors Delivery Fees

It is your duty to ensure the items purchased can be delivered to you via elevator / staircase.

If the delivery team is unable to send furniture to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery (eg. Furniture is unable to fit into elevator, elevator unserviceable upon delivery crew's arrival, refusal of elevator access by building management etc.), we will assess (at our own discretion) the feasibility of the furniture being carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner.

Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe, additional charges per item will be as follows:

  • S$10 per item per non lift-accessible storey
    (i.e. staircase delivery of a swing chair and a bistro set to the 3th non-lift accessible storey (e.g. Level 3 of a shophouse etc.) will cost an additional $60.
  • Fees also apply to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonettes.
  • You can request for the delivery team to place items at accessible floors with no extra fees required. Please note that any damages caused by moving the furniture on your own will not be considered as defects, and is not liable as a reason for repair/exchange/refund. 

In the event that the goods cannot be delivered via elevator, and we access that it cannot be safely carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.
In the event of cancellation, you will be liable to pay a delivery charge of $50.00, and we will refund you any payment made less the delivery charge, non-refundable deposit and administrative fees, within 7 days of cancellation date.

Surcharges payable may not be reflected in your auto-generated invoice. Should there be any surcharges applicable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Refusal of Entry by Building / Condo Management

Should the building management reject admittance of our delivery team, delivery will be rescheduled accordingly with a redelivery fee of $60. Customer is required to place any deposit to the building management for moving goods into their premises if necessary otherwise we reserves the right to refund, with standard restocking fees applicable.

Disassemble / Disposal of Old Furniture

We require you to disassemble your old furniture prior to the arrival of our delivery team. This will also help to minimize social contact during this period. We do not help dismantle/disassemble your old furniture. If the old furniture is not cleared prior to the arrival of our delivery team, they will put the delivered furniture at an alternative location before leaving. They will not wait for you to clear your old furniture or disassemble it. 

Our delivery team can move your like-for-like old furniture to your door-step free of charge (only if on a accessible floor, no stairs required). *Like-for-like meaning we only help move old sofa to door-step if it is for delivery for new sofa.

Dumping of furniture in common areas such as the lift lobby or corridors is a potential safety/fire hazard that could attract heavy fines from the authorities.

We advise you to contact your town council for free furniture disposal service (HDB or landed estates), or your condominium/office building's building management.

If disposal service is really required, we can assist for a disposal fee of $50 per item for large items (such as wardrobe, sofas), and $30 per item for small items (such as bedside table, chairs).

The disposal service applies only to like-for-like items (eg. the delivery of your new sofa and disposal of your old sofa).

Please ensure that the items meant to be disposed will fit in the lift; also, must be free from termites and bed bugs or any other living organisms. Kindly be informed that we do not dispose any heavy item above 70kg. Castlery reserves the right to reject disposal items upon collection if found unfit to the above conditions.

Disposal service MUST be requested at least 3 business days in advance before your confirmed delivery date.

Pay the courier on delivery.

Bank Transfer. Pay and screenshot the receipt/transaction reference, then send the screenshot or scanned copy of the payment transaction to payment@kaysee.sg with your Order ID as subject title.
